This Director of Care position reports to the Executive Director and serves the Long Term Care team. You will foster resident relationships while directing clinical processes, care metrics, compliance activities, and nursing staff support. The role requires current nursing registration and healthcare leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote resident centred care across the care community
- Work with nursing teams and external partners
- Monitor infection control activities with Clinical Partners
- Support audits assessing clinical care service effectiveness
- Maintain nursing supplies and equipment according to policies

Requirements:

- Compassion for meaningful work supporting seniors
- Current College of Nurses registration in positive standing
- One year of Registered Nurse Long Term Care experience
- Two to three years of healthcare supervisory experience
- Gerontological Nurse Certification may be completed
