This experienced Monitoring and Observability Engineer will turn monitoring data into meaningful insights and stronger service performance. The position covers infrastructure, networks, applications, databases, and critical services, while connecting monitoring with ITSM, automation, and AI Operations platforms to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve visibility across infrastructure, networks, applications, and databases
- Reduce alert noise and make notifications actionable
- Develop service health and availability reporting
- Integrate monitoring with ITSM, automation,



and AIOps platforms
- Use KPIs and data to drive reliability improvements

Requirements:

- Experience improving enterprise service performance
- Knowledge of monitoring platforms and observability practices
- Experience with LogicMonitor, Icinga, Grafana, and Prometheus
- Understanding of infrastructure, application, and alerting strategies
- Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
