You will prepare association financial packages, coordinate audits and tax returns, and guide Staff Accountants. The role uses AvidXchange, ClickPay, and WelcomeLink for system coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate audit reports, tax returns, and year-end adjustments
- Maintain banking and third-party vendor relationships
- Train, mentor, and guide Staff Accountants
- Review financial statements prepared by Staff Accountants
- Assist supervisors and managers with reporting needs

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of relevant experience
- Robust understanding of financial statements and journal entries
- Proven attention to detail and integrity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across settings
