As a Mortgage Specialist, you provide advice throughout mortgage applications while identifying client needs and referring appropriate BMO products. You analyze information, recommend solutions, and work mostly independently within policies, regulations, and risk requirements. Robust communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as customer advocate during application processing
- Coordinate with BMO teams and customers
- Provide banking product referrals based on client needs
- Analyze data and prepare reports or dashboards
- Apply risk management and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth personal lending and mortgage knowledge
- Analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills
- Fluent French and English communication
