Trench Canada is seeking a senior Warehouse Supervisor with five or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing warehousing, logistics, or materials management. You will oversee unionized employees and warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, storage, material picking, equipment, and inventory control. The position requires flexibility across rotating day, afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts. Robust communication, supervision, safety knowledge, and SAP capability are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee unionized warehouse employees and create operational schedules
- Hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel
- Monitor safety, security, equipment condition,



and required repairs
- Maintain cycle counts, Kanban counts, 5S, and ISO audits
- Resolve slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory issues

Requirements:

- Five years’ warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience
- Previous unionized manufacturing supervision strongly preferred
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, safety, and equipment maintenance
- Forklift and warehouse power equipment experience, ideally training
- Ability to work severe weather conditions when required
