Key Responsibilities:

- Coach case managers in client-focused disability case management
- Strengthen tools, approaches, portfolio management, and forecasting
- Support workload management and challenging departmental cases

Requirements:

- Three to five years' disability case management experience
- Experience with short- and long-term disability
- University degree or completed college diploma
- Bilingual French and English communication skills required
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
