As Principal Waste-to-Energy Engineer, you will act as a trusted client advisor and technical leader. You will partner with technology providers, utilities, municipalities, developers, and industrial organizations. Your responsibilities cover strategic pursuits, independent engineering, performance testing, operational improvement, and facility optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical delivery from concept development through commissioning
- Provide oversight, quality reviews, and commissioning support
- Develop proposals, feasibility studies, and strategic pursuits
- Partner with clients and industry organizations on opportunities




- Mentor multidisciplinary engineers and troubleshoot facility performance

Requirements:

- 15+ years in engineering, technology, consulting, or project delivery
- 10+ years with Waste-to-Energy or industrial facilities
- Sound engineering judgement for complex multidisciplinary work
- Experience building client relationships and supporting business development
- Ability to communicate engineering concepts to diverse stakeholders
