- Review and dispatch incoming service requests from calls, Traxits, and emails
- Provide technicians with materials, parts, site, and contractor information
- Confirm parts locations and follow up on technician orders
- Support technicians with purchase orders and job information
- Follow up on missing technician reports and trip details

Requirements:

- At least one year of dispatch experience
- Strong computer skills
