This one-year contract supports recruitment for ATS Industrial Automation’s Industrial Automation divisions. You will identify, attract, engage, and hire talent across engineering, skilled trades, and technical business units. The position includes close partnership with hiring managers and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gain requisition approvals and conduct hiring-manager intake sessions
- Post jobs and source candidates through LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews, background screening, and references
- Prepare offer packages and support onboarding
- Develop future-facing candidate talent pipelines

Requirements:

- Degree specializing in human resources or equivalent education
- Five-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting technical roles, especially engineering
- Experience with Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar systems
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
