Advance a significant capital campaign in Ottawa through major gifts, donor proposals, and stewardship within a hybrid work model.

As Senior Officer, Philanthropy, you will contribute to fundraising initiatives supporting life-changing pediatric care, research, and community programs. The permanent, full time position reports to the Manager, Individual Philanthropy. You will independently develop personalized strategies for donors and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare compelling donor proposals, gift agreements, and impact reports
- Advance opportunities through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Monitor fundraising performance and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Represent the organization at community events




- Build relationships with key stakeholders and community partners

Requirements:

- Demonstrated success securing major gifts from $50,000 to $1M+
- Strategic, results-oriented approach to competing priorities
- Experience developing prospects and managing donor portfolios
- Microsoft Office and CRM platform proficiency
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
