As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will serve personal and business clients with products supporting short-term and long-term goals. ATB values curious connectors who create exceptional experiences, collaborate across services, and embrace technology. This temporary 18-month prospect may require travel to neighbouring branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match clients with appropriate banking products and solutions
- Recommend investments, credit cards, and less complex lending
- Escalate complex client needs to senior team members
- Deepen relationships through tailored, personalized advice
- Represent ATB in the community and local market
Requirements:
- Two to four years developing strong client relationships
- One to three years of retail banking experience
- Relevant post-secondary education or work experience
- Relevant lending products experience is an asset
- Curiosity, learning focus, and commitment to improvement
