You will partner with the Store Manager and Managers on Duty to uphold company programs, standards, and procedures. The work includes coaching, training, production planning, sales-floor networking, and performance management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hold team members accountable for store conditions and results
- Lead high-quality custom framing delivery on time
- Review sales and production workload
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned

Requirements:

- Basic computer skills
- Retail management experience
- Experience leading a sales team
- Previous custom framing experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
