The Assistant Store Manager oversees operational priorities across the store while supporting sales, expenses, and customer service targets. Responsibilities include managing frontline, cash office, backroom, markdowns, shipping, receiving, and store efficiency. You will communicate projects, provide feedback, and contribute to succession planning.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
- Assistant or Store Manager experience
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Effective feedback and mentorship skills
- Knowledge of store operations and health and safety
