The Property Supervisor reports to the Property Manager and directs the team responsible for repairs and maintenance. Candidates should understand varied field concepts, practices, and procedures. Trade experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, furnace maintenance, or related areas is considered an asset, alongside problem-solving and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
