Help adults with learning disabilities and autism develop skills through meaningful work in a Day Service group or workshop setting.

As a Day Service Co-Worker, you will provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Full time and part-time roles are available. Support is based across all groups, with primary placement in one key group. You will adapt between one-to-one assistance and shared support for small groups of no more than three members, according to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care and support within the Day Service
- Help members participate in meaningful work
- Support members to develop practical skills
- Provide one-to-one assistance according to member needs
- Support shared groups of up to three members

Requirements:

- Ability to support adults with learning disabilities
- Ability to support adults with autism
- Capability to provide individual and group support
- Ability to work across groups and workshops

Use flexible care and support skills to help adults with autism and learning disabilities participate and progress.
