This Client Service Representative opportunity focuses on understanding client goals and connecting people with appropriate resources. You will deliver friendly service, explain digital banking platforms, and help maintain secure branch operations. The temporary assignment lasts 18 months, is unionized, and occasionally includes neighbouring branch travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and understand their financial goals

Requirements:
- Grade 12 graduate; business courses are an asset
- Solid numerical aptitude for banking transactions
- Proven customer service or sales experience

- Personal lending familiarity is a plus
