Coordinate Transportation Services administration using Hansen, Lagan, records management, and customer communication at the Region of Waterloo.

This full time Operations Assistant supports management and staff within Transportation Operations Administration. The work combines reception, clerical coordination, financial documentation, records maintenance, and service request processing. You will work on-site at 100 Maple Grove Road, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process mail, room bookings, minutes, documents, and supplies
- Maintain vehicle inspection, accident, and insurance records
- Input work orders, patrol logs, and timesheets
- Verify coding and charges for monthly ledger uploads
- Prepare monthly summary reports for the supervisor





Requirements:

- Grade 12 education and three years of related experience
- Office procedure, word processing, communication, reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Ability to create records, reports, correspondence, and standard letters
- Ability to manage competing priorities and changing service expectations
- Ability to use computer, telephone, and radio systems simultaneously
