Support equipment customers in Nanaimo through parts sales, inventory control, and skilled communication at Westerra Equipment's branch. As a Parts Person, you will support the Parts Department for Westerra Equipment, part of Wesgroup Equipment. The work includes selling, sourcing, receiving, and recording parts while addressing customer requirements. You will also process invoices, cores, warranties, and returns.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with internal and external customers about parts requirements Sell parts that address customer needs and repair problems Follow up on orders and complete assigned tasks Record parts sales in the operating system Process shipping, receiving, invoices, cores, warranties, and returns

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills Knowledge of warehouse and material inventory controls Grade 12 completion and two to four years' experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bring parts knowledge, customer communication, and inventory control skills to Westerra Equipment's Nanaimo Parts Department.
