The work includes meetings, presentations, recruitment support, and training coordination. You will also assist candidates, employees, contractors, and local partners with information and administrative needs. Serve as Baffinland's primary community contact and information representative Coordinate training registration, attendance, documentation, and onsite delivery Assist recruitment, onboarding, meetings, translation, and employee support Three years' office administration, leadership, community engagement, and organizational experience Fluency in Inuktitut and English Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Bring community engagement, training coordination, presentation, and language skills to Baffinland's Clyde River operations and programs.
