UDrive Car Rental is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our car rental team. Greet customers in a calm and pleasant manner when they arrive onsite and over the phone Guide customers through the reservation process and answer questions they may have Assist the customer in selecting the best vehicle based on their needs Explain terms and conditions to the customer and available promotions or discounts Ensure on-going communication with the customer occurs to ensure the car is checked-in and checked-out based on the agreed upon terms Maintain the database and ensure customer information is accurate Maintain inventory database and ensure the information is accurate Ensure rental service are compliant with local laws and regulations excellent telephone and written communication skills Robust computer skills (internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
