Practice Plus Group is expanding its service and seeking a Substance Misuse Support Worker. HMP Risley is a Category C male prison housing around 1,100 people convicted of sexual offences. The service provides primary care, mental health, and substance misuse services across wings, clinics, inpatient facilities, and reception.

Support substance misuse services across HMP Risley Work within a wider multidisciplinary healthcare team Contribute across wings and clinic areas Support services in inpatient facilities and reception
Requirements:
Substance misuse experience Knowledge of current pathway issues Legal right to work in the UK Successful enhanced vetting and security checks Availability Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 Bring substance misuse experience and pathway knowledge to Practice Plus Group's healthcare service at HMP Risley in Warrington.
