As a member of NLC’s stores team, you will operate point of sale equipment and deliver service through the SERVE process. Your work includes receiving inventory, maintaining shelves, completing counts, filling custom orders, and attending product knowledge seminars. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer service through NLC’s SERVE process
- Process transactions using the point of sale system
- Receive products and maintain organized shelving
- Complete inventory counts and custom customer orders
- Attend product knowledge seminars and related duties

Requirements:

- High school graduation
- Minimum age of 19 years
- At least one year retail customer service experience
- Solid demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform required physical duties
