As a full-time receptionist, you will become a key front-desk contact for clients, service providers, and management. The work includes handling appointments, communications, payments, memberships, gift cards, retail purchases, and service education. You will also maintain an inviting reception area and support daily operations from Wednesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bookings, phone calls, texts, and email inquiries
- Process transactions through Square for services and retail
- Educate clients about memberships and loyalty programs
- Support retail sales and location goals
- Assist opening, closing, and front-desk organization
