Access Healthcare Services seeks a Community Visit Nurse for Pembroke and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers $28.50
- $39.50 CAD per hour with comprehensive support for home-based care. As a Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality client-centered care, complete assessments for team-oriented care planning, and uphold nursing best practices. This role is integral to the local community, supporting patients while working with an interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver in-home, client-centered nursing care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for care planning
• Uphold infection prevention and nursing standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Participate in on-call nursing rotation

Requirements:
• RN or RPN in good standing with CNO
• Valid Covid-19 vaccination proof
• Vehicle required; valid driver’s license
• CPR certification and recent TB test
