Support children’s growth and wellbeing at Kids Planet Bradmore Road as a fixed-term Nursery Deputy Manager covering maternity leave. Lead with care.

Working alongside the manager, you will help oversee daily nursery operations and support the established team. You will develop trusting family relationships, collaborate with outside agencies, and help keep children protected. The role calls for nursery leadership experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and an excellent understanding of EYFS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the manager across nursery operations

Requirements:

- Level 3 minimum UK-recognised early years qualification
- Leadership experience in a nursery setting
- Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Extensive knowledge of children’s safeguarding
- Regular safeguarding training and enhanced DBS checks
