This Branch Warehouse Supervisor role owns secure, efficient floor execution at Mitten’s Edmonton location. You will coordinate daily fulfillment, manage warehouse labor, maintain inventory accuracy, and investigate shortages, damages, and process issues. The position is fully onsite and supports customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily fulfillment against approved shipping schedules
- Schedule and direct warehouse associates
- Own cycle counts and physical inventory accuracy
- Investigate warehouse shortages, damages, and discrepancies
- Provide execution feedback for customer communication

Requirements:

- Two to four years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Leadership capability with strong safety commitment
- Required forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
