This Account Services Specialist role owns end-to-end allocation and fulfillment for key wholesale accounts across the NAM region. You balance inventory constraints with service-level commitments, prioritize orders, and communicate delivery outlooks. Collaboration spans Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial, Wholesale Sales, buyers, and forecast analysts to manage orderbook changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Balance service commitments with constrained inventory availability
- Maintain accurate order prioritization and shipment phasing
- Surface fulfillment risks to internal and external stakeholders




- Manage account expectations through orderbook changes
- Refine allocation rules and prioritization frameworks

Requirements:

- Degree in operations, business, supply chain, or related field
- Two to five-plus years in comparable supply chain work
- Knowledge of fill rate and service-level optimization
- Experience managing large order volumes across accounts
- Experience with advanced planning tools preferred
