Backwoods Security Services is seeking an experienced dispatcher to support industrial site security and emergency communications. This position combines computer-based monitoring, telephone and radio communication, accurate reporting, and response coordination. Daily commuting to the site is required, with no camp accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras, access controls, and security alarms
- Coordinate responses to emergency and routine communications
- Maintain detailed dispatch and incident records
- Manage access and egress for visitors and contractors
- Follow site safety and communication procedures
Requirements:
- Previous dispatcher experience is mandatory
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of radio and telephone procedures
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Minimum five years’ industrial security experience preferred
