The Warehouse Shift Supervisor leads operational activities while reporting to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities span labour planning, picking and packing quality, performance reporting, customer interaction, employee coaching, and people development. Candidates bring distribution experience, supervisory capability, and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign operator and warehouse tasks with completion expectations
- Ensure picking sequences support priority shipments and customers




- Hold team members accountable for quality picking and packing
- Approve labour hours and maintain accurate shift records
- Maintain clean, safe working conditions and legal compliance

Requirements:

- Five years of distribution experience
- Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in 3PL operations
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems
- Microsoft software computer literacy
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality
