Crawford & Company is recruiting Adjusters for its WorkForce Advantage team across Canada. You will remain a Crawford employee while working remotely for another insurance company. The talent roster matches assignments using availability, experience, and fit, with contracts typically lasting three to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephone investigations into claims information
- Evaluate, negotiate, and settle commercial lines claims
- Examine policies and maintain claims costs
- Present accurate, well-documented claim files
- Maintain billing, time, and expense records

Requirements:

- Four years of technical insurance claims experience
- Commercial lines knowledge considered an asset
- Post-secondary insurance-related education
- Must obtain an Ontario Adjusters Licence
- Advanced Office 365 and communication skills
