As Senior Manager, Special Loans, you will provide business advice and solutions aligned with bank risk requirements. You will manage relationships, maximize resolution success, and help create surviving entities while retaining RBC Financial Group connections. Success depends on strategic thinking, financial analysis, internal networks, and qualified client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply continuous improvement to client experience
- Own client problems at the first point of contact
- Maintain expired credits and newtons below ten percent




- Promote early identification and retention opportunities
- Participate in bank and industry focused events

Requirements:

- Strategic business sense and conceptual thinking
- Effective listening, consulting, and information-seeking skills
- Internal network use for problem resolution
- Risk Management and commercial product knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency preferred
