As a Claims Specialist, you will manage commercial liability claims across varying severity and complexity. The position combines investigation, analysis, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution with customer-centric service. Experience levels may shape the assigned portfolio, responsibility, and claim complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and adjust assigned commercial liability claims efficiently
- Establish and maintain claim reserves proactively and promptly
- Respond to internal and external customer enquiries




- Collaborate with approved counsel toward efficient claim resolution
- Monitor independent adjusters and counsel within budgets

Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior French and English written and verbal proficiency
- Relevant degree or equivalent education and experience
- AMF Commercial Claims Adjuster Certificate or Quebec Bar membership
- Liability claims experience and three to five years preferred
