As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will support Punjabi AI training projects through careful, rubric-based review. You will assess writing, submissions, and QA work for accuracy and instruction-following. The assignment calls for strong Punjabi grammar, spelling, punctuation, register, dialect variation, and cultural-context knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Punjabi writing against project guidelines and detailed rubrics
- Answer questions about Punjabi wording, scripts, and requirements
- Find recurring quality issues and unsupported claims
- Support reviewer onboarding and training activities
- Recommend improvements to quality processes and standards
Requirements:
- Required Mathematics bachelor's or master's degree
