As an Operations Accountant, you will serve as the primary accounting contact for talent and production stakeholders. Your work covers show settlements, documentation, artist wires, invoices, receivables, payables, and month-end close. You will maintain internal controls, resolve variances, and support accurate reporting under tight timelines. Oracle or Salesforce capability, advanced Excel, and practical AI, business intelligence, or automation experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as accounting contact for talent and production departments
- Review settlement documentation and audit backup




- Code and distribute invoices and cheques for processing
- Upload show entries and payable or receivable settlements
- Maintain internal controls and resolve accounting variances

Requirements:

- Accounting degree or equivalent, with CPA progress preferred
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and solid Oracle or Salesforce skills
- Detail orientation during time-sensitive settlement activities
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
