This Communications Advisor supports internal communications for Natural Gas Pipelines and Power and Energy Solutions. You will create content that highlights employee contributions, milestones, operational achievements and values-based recognition. You will also support two-way dialogue, field engagement and communication measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging employee stories and values-based recognition content
- Support town halls, employee events and leadership communications
- Gather authentic stories, visuals and employee feedback
- Tailor communications for leaders,



office employees and field teams
- Use metrics and surveys to recommend content improvements

Requirements:

- Four years of internal or corporate communications experience
- Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Experience managing channels, reviews, approvals and timelines
- Ability to build relationships across business and communications teams
