This Senior E-Commerce Specialist oversees the Samsung e-commerce channel and its daily operating requirements. Responsibilities include Hybris and CMS administration, sales planning, recent product launches, marketing content, supply chain coordination, and performance reporting. The specialist works across internal stakeholders, e-commerce partners, and customer service escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily website issues and customer service escalations
- Manage e-commerce partner relationships and required stakeholder coordination
- Align Samsung.com price promotions with SES stores
- Three to five years managing websites for reputable brands
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Experience with project management and online marketing analysis
- Experience with Hybris Back Office is an asset
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
