Success requires disciplined communication with operators, foremen, subcontractors, surveyors, engineers, and project managers. The position also involves changing and remote site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews delivering civil construction and earthworks activities
- Plan daily manpower, equipment, and material requirements
- Coordinate trucking, loading cycles, routes,



and traffic flow
- Oversee access roads, ramps, platforms, and haul roads
- Maintain records, reports, inspections, and production documentation

Requirements:

- Proven Civil, General, or equivalent Superintendent experience
