This Purchaser role emphasizes purchase orders, supplier follow-up, inventory requirements, received-goods verification, and discrepancy resolution. Accurate Sage ERP records, supplier invoices, pricing information, and regulatory compliance are also central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accurate purchase orders
- Follow up with suppliers on scheduled deliveries
- Coordinate materials with Warehouse and Production teams
- Verify received goods and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Track orders, invoices, pricing, and transaction data
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or related work
- Experience using Sage ERP is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
