- Field incoming customer calls and emails
- Satisfy customer needs for service changes
- Dispatch routes using designated driver locations
- Communicate driver information to appropriate departments
- Coordinate with maintenance shop personnel

Requirements:

- Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- One to two years relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of hours of service regulations is an asset
- Availability for urgent weekend calls
