Turn talent data into insights for Teck’s hybrid Vancouver team, supporting leadership development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning programs.

This temporary full-time Talent Management Coordinator reports to the Senior Advisor, Talent Management. You will collect, analyze, and report program evaluations, participation metrics, and succession pipeline data. The work also includes coordinating surveys, assessments, feedback tools, and research into emerging talent management, leadership development, and people analytics practices. Collaboration with HR partners and business leaders supports consistent program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and report talent data supporting program impact measurement
- Summarize survey, assessment, and feedback results into insights




- Research emerging practices in talent management and people analytics
- Support Performance Management, Leadership Planning, and talent projects
- Maintain SharePoint content and assist with SAP testing

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy when working with data
- Comfort turning Excel findings into clear recommendations
- Curiosity with technology, including Microsoft Copilot and AI tools
- SAP SuccessFactors or Spanish language skills considered assets
