This Proposal Coordinator role supports Architecture49’s Vancouver office and its client-focused Western Canada practice. You will help develop responses to RFPs, customize project and team information, and maintain proposal quality. Experience in architecture, engineering, or professional services is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop competitive proposal responses for requests for proposals
- Create proposal layouts and visual aids
- Coordinate consultant information and submissions
- Customize project profiles for pursuit documents
- Edit documents and ensure requested requirements are met

Requirements:

- Marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related education
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative applications
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 environment
- Professional services firm experience is an asset
