Support Konica Minolta customers with multifunction printer maintenance, scanning troubleshooting, and responsive in office service across assigned territories.

As an Office Systems Specialist, you will repair MFPs, resolve printing and scanning concerns, and maintain effective relationships with customers and sales. Daily work includes break-fix support, parts and inventory control, call management, accurate records, and KPI achievement. The position requires English proficiency because communications extend across Canada and outside Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site maintenance and repair for MFPs
- Resolve customer printing and scanning problems
- Track parts, inventory, calls, and service records




- Support lead referrals and product promotion
- Perform break-fix and customer support duties

Requirements:

- Electronic Engineering Technology college certificate or equivalent
- Working knowledge of basic print colour theory
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States
