Support vulnerable youth through therapeutic programming and staff supervision with Children and Family Services in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The position is permanent and full time.

This Program Supervisor leads multiple care programs at Lac la Biche Youth Centre. You will support youth aged 11–17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs while coordinating staff, stakeholders, and care planning. The work requires knowledge of CAC Standards, outcome evaluations, best practices, and program development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure programs align with ministry objectives and agency policies
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate coaching conversations
- Participate in recruitment and support staff performance




- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings and support family engagement

Requirements:

- Related diploma plus four years progressively responsible experience
- Related degree plus two years related experience
- Knowledge of CAC Standards and outcome evaluations
- Effective verbal, written, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
