As an R&D; Category Manager, you will lead innovation-level development within an assigned category under the Innovation Director. You will research products, conduct experiments, and support industrialization, transfers, and profit improvements. Collaboration with marketing, sales, engineering, Projects, Quality Control, and other areas supports reliable production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct experiments developing products and applications
- Coordinate full-scale production testing across organizational areas
- Support industrialization, transfers, and profit improvements




- Develop product process documentation and SOPs
- Ensure Quality Assurance receives current specifications

Requirements:

- Scientist with food science and technology interest
- Ability to design and execute research plans
- Ability to prepare well-researched technical documents
- Proficiency researching information and operating basic laboratory equipment
- Natural leadership and desire to mentor a team
