As a Field Computer Specialist, you will travel from place to place supporting U-Haul entities and their technology. The work combines systems administration, security monitoring, user support, and equipment maintenance. You will also assess whether problems reflect user error or require software-vendor escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement field computer systems for assigned-area U-Haul entities
- Maintain equipment and associated broadband connectivity
- Support users and provide training as needed
- Distinguish user error from vendor-escalation problems
- Coordinate solutions for security gaps and compliance issues

Requirements:

- Experience with administration and security monitoring equipment
- Experience with doors, cash drawers, phones, and digital video
- Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to use required protective clothing or safety gear
