This Assistant Manager role supports global outsourcing implementation, payroll governance, client queries, and service delivery. You will keep current with payroll legislation, review data, and coordinate country teams across moderately complex assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and resolve client payroll and governance queries
- Apply country legislation to payroll formulas and deductions
- Analyze payroll data, trends, and agreed requirements
- Coordinate offshore, Africa, and global payroll teams




- Support ISAE3402, billings, payments, and contractor management

Requirements:

- Strong payroll processing background and African payroll experience
