As Compliance Manager, you will support the Director, Legal and Compliance, across a new federally and provincially licensed P&C; insurance company. Your work will strengthen compliance governance, regulatory readiness, and second line oversight. You will interpret OSFI guidance, coordinate responses, and provide practical guidance to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret OSFI guidance and translate requirements into actions
- Coordinate materials for OSFI inquiries and reviews
- Execute compliance monitoring and testing activities
- Support issue escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation




- Maintain evidence trails and audit-ready documentation

Requirements:

- Five to seven years’ relevant P&C; compliance experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting OSFI-related compliance work
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, privacy, AML, and monitoring
- Ability to draft executive-ready reports and policies
- Professional ethics, honesty, and integrity
