Reporting to the Manager, Major Capital Projects, this officer supports and leads coordinated delivery of assigned capital projects. The position requires progressive judgment across construction project coordination and infrastructure delivery. It also involves consultants, contractors, documentation, communication, and project close-out activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordinated delivery of assigned infrastructure projects
- Plan project activities and support procurement requirements
- Work with consultants and contractors during delivery
- Oversee construction activities and identify emerging issues
- Coordinate project close-out and required documentation
Requirements:
- Three to five years of related progressive experience
- Education in construction, engineering technology, or project management
- Transparent written and verbal technical communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities with limited supervision
- Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
