Service fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems as a Fire Security Systems Engineer covering Oxford and surrounding postcoded sites.

Our client is a recognised, industry-leading Fire and Security business seeking an engineer for varied site work. The position combines servicing, maintenance, small works, emergency lights, and first-fix fault finding. You will work to British Standards and represent the client directly with customers. Candidates need experience across fire systems, intruder systems, CCTV, and access control. Knowledge of FIA Units 1 and 5 is also required. GENT or Notifier experience is desirable, although training can be given. An outgoing, proactive approach supports independent work and the company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:





- Carry out servicing across a postcoded area
- Maintain varied fire and security systems
- Complete small works and emergency lighting tasks
- Find faults and deliver first-fix solutions
- Work consistently to British Standards

Requirements:

- Experience servicing fire systems
- Experience with intruder, CCTV, and access control
- Knowledge of FIA Units 1 and 5
- Valuable British Standards knowledge
- Proactive approach to managing own workload
