This Pharmacy Manager position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and leads daily department performance. You will prepare prescriptions, maintain adequate inventory, counsel patients, address physician requests, and guide employees. The work also includes community-based marketing, customer education, budget review, sales opportunities, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account for pharmacy financial and operational success
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly
- Resolve patient needs and doctors’ requests or issues
- Create customer awareness through public relations activities
- Identify sales opportunities and control dispensary costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A license
- At least three years of retail experience
- Ability to motivate, coach, and manage people
- Excellent customer service and qualified standards
- Problem-solving skills with action-plan execution experience
